曾文先,男,1962年2月出生,四川省新都人,博士,教授,博士生导师,365官网动物科技学院教授委员会委员,365官网第三届学术委员会委员,陕西省特聘专家, 入选陕西省“百人计划”。
一、学习经历:
1984年本科毕业于四川农学院,1987年硕士研究生毕业于四川农业大学。1996年10月至2001年3月在日本国立广岛大学留学,获博士学位。

1. 转基因技术: 利用CRISPR/Cas9 技术编辑基因;建立和完善利用精原干细胞制作转基因动物的新技术。
2. 动物生殖细胞工程: 主要研究精原干细胞的增殖与分化的表观调控机理。
重点研究非编码RNA(microRNA,piRNA,long-noncoding RNA等)对精原干细胞的增殖与分化的影响及其作用机理;研究DNA甲基化及组蛋白甲基化表观修饰调节精原干细胞增殖与分化的分子机理。
3. 精液保存:主要研究在体外过程中猪精子受到伤害的机理,优化和完善精子保存配方,建立猪精子保存的新技术。
